Coast to Coast NetPlay League

All trades are announced to the league at large BEFORE the trade committee ever looks at them to be approved. If you have comments about the trade, that is your opportunity to do so. The trade committee will check for any roster rules violations at this time.  The trade committee will announce within three (3) days of the trade announcement if there are any potential problems with the trade. If you see no announcement to the contrary within those three days, you can assume that the trade is approved.  Roster violations discovered within a reasonable time period - even if after the three day time period - will be restructured.
